Dr. Arrington earned his MD from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, completed an internship at USC, residencies at Ochsner Medical Foundation and UC Davis, and fellowships in pulmonary diseases, sleep disorders, and age management medicine at Tulane University, Stanford University, and with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. After 20 years in pulmonary and critical care, he transitioned to personalized age management medicine, offering GAINSWave therapy, PRP, 'P' Shot, and 'O' Shot procedures.
