Came back to see Dr. Jacoby after a few years away, and it was great to
visit with him and have him do his usual good work. (We did forget a spot on the other foot, but that's because we were having too much fun visiting). Thanks Dr. Jacoby...good to see you again. I'm glad to be back@

Dr. Jacoby is knowledgeable and extremely patient. His care is "second to none" and he will NEVER try to get you to have an unnecessary procedure to pad his pockets. I have been to many podiatrists over my 55 years on this planet and have never been as impressed as I am with doctor Jacoby. I am in a business that requires me to be on my feet for 8 to 12 hours a day. If I hear a co-worker has been told by his/her Podiatrist that they "must have" surgery... I urge them to seek out Doctor Richard Jacoby BEFORE letting another doctor "slice open" their feet.

Called to set an appointment. Receptionist was ill informed, said they don't take ICA workers compensation. Tried to inform that I was referred to them and that this is an ICA case; you bill them just like insurance. Receptionist basically shrugged and said "sorry".
