If you ever get a worker named Alicia RUN RUN RUN AWAY. She is the most evil and rudest person I have ever talked to probably in my life. Dealt with her unhelpful attitude (2) weeks ago. And this morning when respectfully asked for a specific person over the phone who has been assisting me in a private matter. Alicia advised she will relay the message to the person and have them call me back. INSTEAD SHE CALLED ME BACK. To say and I quote: "IN MY OPINION you (the patient) are overstepping asking for assistance from our doctors office regarding a surgery you have booked..." MA'AM... your job IS TO HELP. and I didn't ask for her opinion she called me just to tell me her opinion. This was the most inappropriate behavior I've ever seen from a health care worker. I honestly wouldn't trust her if I was her patient. Very sad to see who is working for the people in our community..2
