Founder / Osteopathic Physician – Regenerative & Functional Medicine

Born in Ukraine, Dr. Lutskovsky earned his first medical degree in 1987 and worked as a General and Trauma surgeon before moving to the US. He then attended NYCOM (New York College of Osteopathic Medicine), graduating in 2004, and subsequently opened the American Regenerative Clinic, focusing on regenerative medicine, prolotherapy, PRP, stem cell therapy, and functional medicine.
