Triple-board-certified in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine, and a fellow of the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine. He holds a fellowship in Stem Cell Therapy from the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and served as team physician for the U.S. Olympic Judo team (1993–2000) and at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
