Ben Rawson, DO

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation / Pain & Musculoskeletal Medicine

Trained in PM&R with subspecialty training in Pain and Musculoskeletal Medicine, Dr. Rawson served as a US Air Force Flight Surgeon and flew over 40 combat missions. He completed a Pain and Musculoskeletal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin and has been a leader in CHARM's interventional pain and regenerative medicine practice since 2014.

David Harris, MD

Founder / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation / Pain Medicine

Board-Certified in PM&R and Pain Medicine, Dr. Harris was among the first physicians in the 1990s to combine Regenerative Medicine, Interventional Spine injections, and Comprehensive Pain Management into a unified practice. He has performed over 40,000 interventional spine and approximately 150,000 regenerative medicine injection procedures, and has taught these techniques nationally and internationally.

Eduardo Elizondo, MD

Board-certified in both PM&R and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Dr. Elizondo melds rehabilitation medicine and fitness to help patients achieve their highest level of functioning. He is a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and the AANEM, and has served as a consulting physician for Austin's Back-to-Golf Performance Center.

Kyle Allan, DO

Trained in Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine at Michigan State University with a Fellowship in Sports and Interventional Spine, Dr. Allan joined CHARM in 2023. He previously served as clinical faculty and assistant professor at Michigan State University and pursued over 150 additional hours of education in Regenerative and Orthobiologic Medicine.

Michele Zink Harris, PT

Director of Physical Therapy / Co-Founder

Co-founder of CHARM and Director of Physical Therapy, Michele is an NCAA All-American gymnast-turned-PT who is a Certified Neurac Practitioner, Redcord Active Specialist, Neurac 1 Instructor, and NeuFit Master Instructor. She has served as adjunct faculty for the PT program at Texas State University since 1991 and leads the department's Redcord/Neurac and NeuFit programs.
