Graduated with honors from Western University of Health Sciences and completed Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, followed by a Phlebology fellowship at Ciao Bella.

Dr. Edgardo Zavala-Alarcon, MD

Founder & Medical Director / Cosmetic Surgeon

Founded Ciao Bella in 2007 with a focus on minimally invasive cosmetic surgery and vein treatments. Trained at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and completed a fellowship in cosmetic surgery; also holds extensive cardiology and internal medicine training. Led a 2003–2007 fellowship in cosmetic surgery at Baja Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Center.

Dr. Michael Desvigne, MD

Board-Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon

An independent board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who elected Ciao Bella's Surgery Center for his procedures. Believes performing reconstructive surgery has made him a better cosmetic surgeon, and vice versa.
