Owner, Executive Officer, and CEO of Core Medical Center. Trained as both a Chiropractor and a Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Aston Goldsworthy also holds certification as a Medical Examiner (NRCME) and Certified Medico-Legal Evaluator (CMLE® by IAIME). He co-founded Core Medical Center with his father in 2009 and became its sole owner in 2022.

Dr. Patrick Goldsworthy, DC

Co-owner and founding chiropractor of Core Medical Center. Holds a Diplomate in Orthopedics and provides hands-on spinal and musculoskeletal care integrated with the clinic's medical and rehab teams.

Dr. Paul Doskey, MD

Board-Certified Anesthesiologist; Pain Management

Board-certified anesthesiologist overseeing the clinic's pain management and regenerative medicine program, including PRP, stem cell therapy, prolotherapy, and targeted injection procedures.

Matt Elniff, PT, MPT, FAAOMPT

Lead Physical Therapist; Work Conditioning & Rehabilitation

Lead physical therapist guiding the clinic's work conditioning, work hardening, and rehabilitation programs. Oversees return-to-work planning for occupational and federal injury patients.
