MD from the University of British Columbia (1988); board-certified in Family Medicine (CCFP/FCFP) and with the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM). Former Flight Surgeon with the Canadian Air Force and Emergency Medicine physician in Upstate New York. Completed a fellowship in Stem Cell Medicine with the University of South Florida (2015) and holds a Health Canada No Objection Letter for osteoarthritis stem cell research. Also a Clinical Instructor at UBC and a fellow of the Interventional Orthobiologic Foundation.
