Board certified in Obesity and Family Medicine, Dr. Williams Khmelev received her MD from UT Health San Antonio and completed her residency in family medicine at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System. She previously served as a family physician in the US Air Force and was a recipient of the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal. She co-founded Elemental Weight Loss Clinic in 2016.
