An esteemed graduate of the University of Texas Medical School (MD 1989) with a Family Medicine residency at Spokane Teaching Health Center/Sacred Heart Medical Center (1989–1992). Dr. Ashley is the only board-certified doctor in anti-aging and integrative medicine in the region, holding certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine, American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, NEI, and NES. She completed medical missions to Kenya and Ukraine and served as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force.
