Dr. Slack is an experienced pain medicine physician who spent decades in traditional medical practice in Gainesville, GA. He founded Innovation MD after researching regenerative treatments — including platelet-rich plasma and bone-marrow derived stem cells — and using them successfully on his own chronic back pain. He expanded the model to include a broad toolbox of integrative wellness therapies.
