Dr. Schmidt is triple board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. He completed his residency at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County and a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Rush University Medical Center. He specializes in minimally invasive procedures including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, epidural injections, and neuromodulation therapies.
